[BUG] Hidden Categories

Hello!

I can't recall how I managed this, but I a couple of categories that are not visible within the addon, but it's possible to assign talent loadouts to them. Whilst not a big deal, if I accidently add groups to invisible categories, when it coms to simcraft etc. it's loading 10's of different loadouts and what not which slows down with the size of the export strings.

I think the issue was caused by me deleting a parent category that had sub-categories, and once deleted the children don't go anywhere, they are just in limbo but can still be assigned to.
