Describe the Suggestion

A Block that can be placed like any train station/observer and that sets the max speed of the train riding over the rail. Speed can be ajusted using creates normal Number input.
Maybe even a way to adjust the speed using redstone.

Additional Context

Normally you need to make a station to change the speed of the train and set the speed using the schedule, but speeds should depend on the tracks/location and not on the schedules.

In addition, the speed limit of the curve can be generated based on the radius of the curve.

I dont know if this addon is under consideration or anyting but i would love this. I use rails as a large road network where the speed limit changes fairly often, this would make my schedules wayy less cluttered and rerouting trains when i do road works. would be wayyy easier
