[Feature]: Continuous Deployment with GitHub Actions

Description

Create a GitHub Action that will allow users to easily setup a Continuous Deployment of their agent

Expected behaviour

Similar to the way the CLI handles it, it should be able to take the necessary parameters (env via GitHub Secrets, other info with action paramers) and handle the deployment seamlessly.
