ILLs have holds on them, but they should not show up in the "holds to pull" table/report.

This probably needs to be solved in Koha, not in the Libris backend.

Or it could perhaps be solved (or the negative effects reduced) by setting the item status to "not for loan" as the default, and change it to "for loan" when it is received?
