SX1278 read fifo register crc data error sometimes

my mcu is stm32f103 by porting the official driver LoRaMAC 4.5.2, and use this driver to read lora receive data,But this such as not success: I use device A to send 8 bytes frames periodic,so the others can receive the data,but usually rec crc error, and some bytes bits error.
