The VIPs are stored in a file, on your game server.
Here you can download or upload a backup of this file.
You can also add a VIP to any player, as long as you know its unique ID.
You may prefer using the dedicated link on Live or Team views, or even the player's profile to do so, as it won't need you to know/enter the ID.
