Requirements
Description
This PR aims to provide support for Creality CR-10S printer with BLTouch mod only.
This was adapted from
config/examples/Creality/CR-10S/CrealityV1.I compiled this change against Marlin's
origin/bugfix-2.1.x(sha9e879a5b1f801e7572e7948be38a6dad16ad35d8)I however did test these changes against 2.1.2.2 stable version on my printer and performed bed levelling as well as a test print. Furthermore, I also printed with Polycarbonate material which require higher temperatures (260C).
Benefits
With this change, people installing BLTouch and clones can fully use the printer with the latest Marlin firmware.
The original Marlin 1.1.6 firmware provided by Creality does not support arc instructions.
