Add functional/non-functional tags to requirements
Add login requirement to system requirements
Add register requirement to system requirements
Consolidate use case diagrams into 3 diagrams containing all use cases, found in the wiki here
User diagram descriptions:

1. User interaction with system (account information)
   
2. Session creation
3. Session conclusion

Edit the 5 most important requirements:

• Chelsea: The tutoring system shall allow the user to securely login when the appropriate username and password is provided for the user within 5 seconds.
• Alex: Upon student request, the tutoring system shall list the tutor information for the selected course within 2 seconds.
