1. icon has to be moved to icons/eip155:{chain_id}/erc20:{address}.svg
2. On which chain that token is deployed? If BSC - you have to change chain_id from 1 to 56, also could you explain why Coinmarketcap points to different address https://coinmarketcap.com/pl/currencies/tether-usd-bridged-zed20-usdt/ (0x4be35ec329343d7d9f548d42b0f8c17fffe07db4)
3. Please review svg image - it looks like it is black and white after conversion
