Crafting ideas for stone/iron/gold/diamond crafting tables and gold anvil

I seen them in the textures file and now I have this idea: stone crafting table: 8 cobblestone surrounding a crafting table; iron crafting table: 8 iron surrounding a stone crafting table; iron, gold and diamond crafting tables are based on the same crafting idea; gold anvil: like an anvil but with gold.

We'll probably wait on this until we actually have a better idea of what we're going to be doing with the added crafting tables, since currently our plans for them are vague at best. We'll probably make the crafting recipes similar to what you mentioned, though I may make them use Blocks of Iron/Gold/Diamond instead of Ingots, since the added tables are supposed to be used later-game.
