Claimerator Issues

Just remembered this one -- last time I checked, Claimerators were having a bunch of weird issues for some reason. I think placing them worked fine, but right clicking them with items -- i.e., Nametags or Redstone Dust -- had no effect at all. Probably needs testing in multiplayer, but we should get that fixed before releasing the update.
