@BodoMinea Thanks for this great submission! Just for our internal knowledge, are these feeds official from the transit authorities?

@emmambd I guess that would depend on what counts as official. The feed concerning this PR is an independent effort that comes from outside the contained agencies, achieved by converting their published open data which is not in GTFS format. However it is made with the knowledge and endorsement of the agencies and it is what's currently published in journey planners.
I am aware of the discussion/proposal on adding an official tag according to #356 and will update my submissions to include it following a merged implementation, eg. #649.

@BodoMinea Thank you for that context and for your plan to add the official status! If the agencies treat this as their GTFS implementation in journey planners, we'd consider it official. Is there any external/public communications that showcase this? In the future, we intend to add a "GTFS landing page" field to each feed for consumers who want to see what public information transit agencies have available related to their GTFS.
