Second release. This has Google Drive, Dropbox, and the Filesystem plugins. API's remain unstable, and not all features work. The installation is easier than it was before, so it should help people test the project.

To add rules, use the python utility syncd-add "plugin:///path/" "plugin:///path2/" This will add rules to and from the locations, as well as restart syncd if it was running.

You will also notice that all logging has left the terminal, and can be found in $HOME/.config/syncd/log.txt
