User Story:
As an admin, I want to adjust participant points so that I can correct errors or address unfair advantages.

Acceptance Criteria:

Admins can add or remove points from any participant.
Admins can view a log of all point transactions.
Adjustments require a reason to be entered for tracking.
Leaderboard rankings update automatically when points are modified.
