User Story:
As a participant, I want to request assistance with ticket purchases or payment issues so that I can resolve my order problems.

Acceptance Criteria:

Users can submit support requests for ticketing and payment issues, such as:
- Payment failure troubleshooting.
- Missing confirmation emails.
- Issues accessing invoices.
The system automatically emails the support team with the request details.
Users receive a confirmation email with expected response time.
