Using LLMs to parse the calendar is very a good idea(especially when thinking about other faculties and the different date formats), but calling them directly in the app could cause consistency and efficiency issues. Instead, we should build a python script to extract the JSON storing it locally/somewhere allowing for human verification and consistency
