BirdNET-Pi not recording detections

Hi all, I have done a new installation on a pi 4B, using Bullseye 64bit Full.
The system starts up fine, The logs show that it is listening and analyzing bird sounds but it shows no detection. I have done an update from the tools menu, restarted core services, checked the journalctl -f logs and can see no errors.

If i play a bird sound from Merlin app, it recognizes it but does not add it to the Todays dectections. The mic is working as it is picking up bird sounds as can be seen in the logs.

I have even lowered the minimum confidence to 50% to see if this will work. So far I have no luck, Would appreciate any suggestions to sort this.

Update...seems to be working fine now. not sure why, but its now recording detected birds as well as uploading to birdweather.com.
