- search help page update
- changes in preparation for using the ckan orgs feature
- new help page to explain collaborators and orgs
attempting to make slightly more accessible with better help text, fewer in-image labels, and more explanation. Images are all updated to reflect font/UI changes. Explanations have been added or changed for updated features e.g. the download popup.
this route is there just in case - when we write our own links we should still be using /organization (via h.url_for)
just whitespace changes
