This part should get all the stuff mentioned in Table 72. Plus the two elements from Table 70 being DirectionType, DirectionRef.

We have had a discussion to address LineRef in one single way. Currently ServiceJourney -> ServiceJourneyPattern -> Route -> Line. Some German vendors have issues with this, and require ServiceJourney -> Line relations. We have discussed that via ServiceJourney -> ServiceJourneyPattern -> Line (via RouteView) would be an already in EPIP documented best practice.
