  • Compare to Intel baselines
  • Add parmetis with 2022a iomkl

@mvertens Can you check if compsets with ww3 work? I've added ParMetis to intel-oneapi.

@mvdebolskiy - we only need the parmetis for the unstructured grid implementation. But I'll do a test with the regular grid just to see that everything builds.

@mvdebolskiy - can we please go ahead and merge this now. Mats needs these updates in order to start simulations for the workshop in Bergen using a new 1/2 degree blom grid. It will not use ww3. In the meantime - I can test the ww3 and we can update ccs_config in several steps - also merging from NCAR.
