3.11, add section on development
No more sketchy editing of ui code! Now the main widget is all done in the designer app, probably fixed some UI bugs along the way (but not the painting problem with the spinner/checkbox, #9)
… version Also fixed the CI Windows pyside6 pruning. They removed the examples directory, and I think the includes directory can also be pruned.
