It looks like fastv is imposing a minimum of 11 kmer sequences for an entry in a kmer collection file: https://github.com/OpenGene/fastv/blob/master/src/kmercollection.cpp#L112
I can't find this documented anywhere. Am I missing it, or misunderstanding this code? What's the reasoning behind this hardcoded limit?
