Rename dfdlschemas.github.com git repository since ".com" is misleading. Should be ".io"

Rename the dfdlschemas.github.com git repository to have ".io" as the suffix. It's misleading to have the suffix be ".com".

Maybe it should just be renamed to something that doesn't look like a domain name. Like githubPagesSite.

I mean the domain that is. The name of the repository is your choice; GitHub Pages can use ant repository as its source.

Thanks, but I don't think we need that. At least not yet. This ticket is just about the ".com" mistake in the repo naming.
