A prior erratum fix (2023-06-13) specified that xs:dateTime takes two args, a date and a time.
This is incorrect. The xs:dateTime function takes a single argument.
There is a separate fn:dateTime(d, t) function (note prefix is "fn:" namespace) which takes two arguments. (This description is correct in the spec.)
