Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm migrating popular requests from NextGen's repo. This was issue #5805

I and several others find it painfully slow moving a new step in single increments.

Describe your use case
I need this feature so I can increase channel development speed.

Describe the solution you'd like
When selecting a transformer step, enable new tasks "Move Step to Top" and "Move Step to Bottom". Display same options on right-click of a step.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Avoiding multiple steps and placing all logic into a single step.
