There was a previous check that causes an early return, so this check will always be true. Hence we always draw the progress bar if we've reached this point.

Modify
FactoryReportproduct pane to calculate positions dynamically. Allow the progress bar to move based on font size of item above it.Changes were designed to have no visual impact with current font. For a larger font there is a minor effect that prevents text from overlapping the progress bar.
