Chunkdisplay 2.0

Changes:

• Fix lazy chunks not being detected (Issue #1)
• Disable showing of lazy chunks per default for performance reasons
• Fix entities of other dimensions showing up on display (Issue #10)
• Add inter-dimensional usage (Issue #2)
