While tarballs for nightly releases get created with #349 landed, build logs are not uploaded yet.

  • Upload logs to an S3 bucket.
  • Create an index file for the logs, which is uploaded to the S3 bucket.
  • Create and index of index files that is uploaded to the S3 bucket.
  • Add a link to the nightly-releases GH release notes.

A similar strategy could be implemented for test logs, therefore relates to #368 and thus should be reusable.
