add Charm move tutor to Route 35-National Park gatehouse
add Agility move tutor to Mahogany Mart 1F (requires clearing out Rockets first)
add Trick Room move tutor to Route 16 South gatehouse 2F
adds event flags related to move tutors (doesn't require save patch)
slight tweak to Lance cutscene in Mahogany Mart 1F
update labels/comments
