Web page that loads and presents search data from a Xi database as a paged table.

Has filtering and ordering capabilities, and embeds in the table options to

1. Delete bad searches.
2. Restart stalled searches.
3. Validate searches with various options.
4. Use a search as a basis for a new search submission (via the searchSubmit page)
5. View individual or aggregated searches.
