Update docker base to Ubuntu 25.04 and update dependencies

1. Update docker base to ubuntu:25.04
2. Remove git+https://github.com/clubby789/python-lzo@b4e39df python dependency (it is not a direct dependency of binwalk, it is a dependency of vmlinux-to-elf and its setup.py specify its dependencies)
3. Remove building 7zzs from source, and the specific apfs_extractor, as now 7zip (sevenzip_extractor) is up to date upstream and can be used directly.
4. Update sasquatch.
5. Use uv for installing python packages
