The intended usage of this data is for the core functionalities of the Bot.
The Bot may use stored data for different features including but not limited to:
- Displaying you statistical differences since the last time you ran a statistical command.
- Linking your Rec Room account to the Bot.
- Monitoring command usage to provide the best possible service.
- Logging errors to get rid of bugs.
The data is not shared with any 3rd-party site or service other than Discord.
The Bot may keep the stored information in an internal caching mechanic for a certain amount of time.
After this time period, the cached information will be removed and only be re-added when required.
Our service may contain links to external websites that are not operated by us.
We do not have any control over their content and privacy policy, accordingly we do not assume any responsibility in this regard.
Our services do not knowingly process data from children (under the age of 13).
We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration so that it always corresponds to the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, for example when introducing new services. The new data protection declaration then applies to your next usage of the Bot.

For security reasons will we ask you to provide us with proof of ownership of the account that you wish the data to be removed of. Only the account owner may request manual removal of data.
Technical limitations may apply. Limitations include, but aren't limited to, downtime of the bot due to maintenance or technical issues at our hosting provider or Discord Inc.
