This task starts when acoustic navigation concludes we've arrived at the cash in chips area. The task ends when we have attempted to move all the golf balls from the bins at the bottom to the funnels up top plus whatever gold chips we were planning on dumping here. The task will either transition to "mission accomplished" or back to acoustic navigation to find the roulette wheel upon completion. The task is responsible for tracking the bins, funnels, golf ball counts (how many we've picked up/dispensed), and making sure we only surface in the safe area.
