Hi,
I am using Rocket.Chat installed via SNAP, which is one of the three official recommended methods:
Since November 1, 2024 (more than three months ago), I have been receiving notifications about a new version (currently, it's version 7.3.1):
However, when I check Snapcraft, only version 7.0.0 from November 20, 2024, is still available:
What should I do?
Is SNAP still a supported installation method, or should I switch to Docker? If so, how should I proceed?
Thank you.

A good search always helps.
When will my snap installation get the latest release?
See the Ubuntu Snap FAQ for why snaps are released later.
Same reason since almost when snaps were released.
Usually 2 weeks after a normal release, but no fixed schedule.

Due to the large install base they release when ready after extra Q&A. If you want to be more upto date use docker. But you may get more issues.
This should really be titled "why do snaps get update warnings when there are none available"
I am going to try and ask the team to consider fixing this to help prevent the same question.
Sorry, something went wrong.
Yes, the problem is why do snaps get update warnings when there are none available.
