Using the choosen value

Hi, I' new with android app developpement and right I don't undestand how to 
use this wheel view. 

Right now I'm able to see the wheel in a layout, define the starting variables 
(currentValue, minValue, maxValue and all the layout option) by changing the 
code.

In clear I need that the app User has the possibility to change the values of 
others variables and change other wheel currentValue by using the wheel view.

I hope I made my self clear, I'm also new to the english language.
