Pinning files automatically like the Augment extension.

Currently, I always have to use @ functionality to provide the context of the file.
Instead can we do something like Augment extension does?

1. Open a file in the VS code editor. The opened file automatically exists in the chat window. (Default: Not pinned)
2. Now, I pin the file to provide the context.
3. Later, I open another file in the VS code editor. which is available in the chat window already.
