In https://github.com/SAP/jenkins-library/blob/master/resources/metadata/whitesourceExecuteScan.yaml#L258
there is a pinned URL to SapMachine 17.0.13.
On the third Tuesday in January, April, July, and October each year there will be the new Patch Update for OpenJDK and SapMachine.
On 20/21. January 2025 this will bring 17.0.14.
April 2025 => 17.0.15
July 2025 => 17.0.16
...

Therefore we recommend to change this URL to the stable link to the latest SapMachine 17 linux-x64 jre

https://github.com/SAP/SapMachine/releases/download/sapmachine-17.0.14/sapmachine-jre-17.0.14_linux-x64_bin.tar.gz
In my fork this is already changed
