If dcmaudit is only used for viewing/downloading images then the rectangle editing feature is not required. It would be useful to have an option to disable the features in the GUI (the rectangle display and the dragging, and the redaction).

Also in this minimal mode there's no need for easyocr, NLP, etc so remove the warnings we get when those packages are not installed.
