Feature Request: Option to Skip Internal Steps for Survey Papers

Hi,

Thank you for your great work! It would be very helpful if you could add a feature to skip internal steps such as 'data preparation' and 'running experiments'. As I am working on survey papers, these steps are not necessary for my current tasks.

This is an exciting idea! Currently, the currently workflow is the only supported one but feel free to add infra to build survey papers that is an interesting idea.
