[Bug] No default text for missing fields in CourseCard

Expected Behavior

This should ideally say "No description available" and "Unknown units" or something to that extent, instead of just rendering nothing.

This is a good point, but in general there shouldn't be a reason for there to be empty descriptions or units. I looked through the database and it seems like for some reason there's about 77 courses with empty descriptions and units (and I think the coreqs and prereqs got emptied out as well). E.g. 21235 and 21237 which definitely do have descriptions and units on the schedule of classes. I'm not entirely sure why that is the case but it could be a case of the course scraper not doing its job well or the querying of data from the CMU Schedule of Classes going awry. Course scraper does run every night so we can check back tonight to see if this is fixed
