Some Members Can't Login

I have done a standard install of the plugin, and have no problem creating members/logging in. However other standard members that have registered on the same members portal, and have successfully created a member account in the backend, can't login. They have tried several different username/password combinations, and can not login with any, however I personally can login to the portal with the same username and password.

Have you had problems with this before?

Do you mean they cannot login with external providers registered or just with username and password? What username/password form are you using to log the members in that is and isn't working?

Not sure I understand this, what 'portal' are you referring to here? and what username/password form is and isn't working for the same username/password?

... sorry, I need more information, steps to replicate, etc...
