[REQUEST] Remove Submodules Shoko.Commons / Shoko.Models

Since ShokoDesktop is deprecated and to my knowledege no one is directly referencing the submodules is it time to get rid of submodules as they are sometimes a pain in the a**?

Maybe this could be a solution
