Connect frontend to api for displaying user information

We need to connect the frontend to the api endpoint for displaying user information using axios, should work pretty similar to what has been done for posts. This doesn't need to look pretty, coding in the design will come later on, the main part of this ticket is just getting it connected to the backend.
