[FEATURE] API to add devices

There should be an API which could create the devices Add device
This would help add the device based on event on other application. For example, when a terraform runs, it creates a VM and the information of that VM could be send to squirrel using the API with terraform output (IP add, SSH Keys, etc) as payload

Thats an excellent IDEA. Of course, there already is an API because it's a client/server arch, however, it is not yet targeted for public used. I will sure add it to the TODO
