What problem is this feature trying to solve?

I use DepotDownloader to automatically download files on a server, but command line doesn't provide enough control. I'd like to reference DepotDownloader as a linked library.

How would you like it to be solved?

Make public api's to specify download parameters

Have you considered any alternative solutions

Using reflection in the 3rd party app could be possible, but messy.

Sounds like a reasonable request to use a GUI as a wrapper for the CLI. Are you still working on this?
