@amcmahon01 as you work on allowing the use of 000 and end files for the white ref, I think we also need to add the time of spec collection to the output. Would that be hard to do? I see that in the files there is a Time: field in the header that has the date and time. Could that be added as another column in the output where we would have:

Stop, Time, wavelength number.....

Is that possible?
