Issue Title:

📝 Add GitHub Issue and Pull Request Templates

Issue Description:

To standardize issue reporting and pull requests, we should add GitHub templates for:

  • Bug reports
  • Feature requests
  • Pull requests

Tasks:

  • Create a .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug_report.yml
  • Create a .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/feature_request.yml
  • Create a .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md

Additional Notes:

This will improve collaboration by ensuring all contributors follow a structured format when submitting issues and pull requests.
