I have a Spotify and SoundCloud extension. However the Spotify api doesn't allow for full songs, only 30sec clips. Additionally you can only take songs from SoundCloud if the creator allows it.

No, it's a built-in browser feature (in all major browsers). Press F12 on ANY page, and it pops up, and you can go to the Console tab to see the console.
