monaco-editor-wrapper and decorations

Hi, i am currently working on integrating the monaco-editor-wrapper with [constrained-editor-plugin](https://github.com/Pranomvignesh/constrained-editor-plugin)

In general it works. The plugin also offers a toggleHighlightOfEditableAreas feature to add decorators to the model,
but somehow these seem to have no effects.

do you have an idea why? do i need to configure specific services to enable them?

hmmm at least in the langium sm example it seems to work
