Welcome to the Flexible Assessment wiki!
This project is an LTI integration for Canvas that allows students to decide how their final grades will be weighted (also known as Flexible Assessment). It does the following:

Allows the instructor to set guidelines (e.g. default, min, and max weights) for each assessment

Allows students to submit their desired weights for each assessment with comments

Recalculates students’ grades based on the desired weights

Exports the final grades into the Canvas grade book (or to a spreadsheet for SIS import)
